This is probably not your typical review here, but maybe there is someone else out there like me that honestly just wanted to find a sleeping pill that didn’t create a whole slew of other problems. I have been an insomniac for almost my whole life. I’ve tried everything, but they either don’t work, or I begin to use them recreationally or I’d redose and come-to months later wondering what season it is. These really do help me sleep, but I never find myself redosing or using recreationally. Somehow...these are the only sleep meds I can use responsibly. I don’t notice the new higher dosage at all, but they will work even if I have to take two at times. Bitter taste sucks, but might be a reason I don’t redose unintentionally.

I am a life long insomniac, and the only thing that has ever worked for me is any z-class drug, which doctors don’t seem to like to prescribe anymore. Even though it's a great sleep aid, I gave it 4 stars because about 5 minutes after you swallow it (definitely don’t chew it) you get a metallic taste in your mouth that stays with you way into the next day. I’m used to it by now (and maybe that’s what keeps me from using more than I should) so it’s tolerable.
If you want something to help you sleep, doesn’t make you want to re-dose till you forget weeks of your life, and won’t make you do anything super weird in your sleep, I recommend this. There’s a nice relaxing effect before you fall asleep but I wouldn’t recommend it for recreational use if that’s what you’re looking for.

I used this Zopfresh and the other Zopiclone brand, and gratefully I find not a noticible difference between them which is good. I did get a few extra packs of this one which was very nice, much appreciated. Zopiclone has improved my sleep, I am a lifelong insomniac and it only gets worse. I added this on a few other medications I'm already taking, and that extra quality of sleep and being much more likely to stay asleep during the night really makes a difference. It's also easier for me to fall asleep once I've woken up, since adding the zopiclone. Thank you for these options, they're saving my life.
