You have not yet received your entire order. Please check your order "completed"  email to see if there are multiple tracking numbers. Orders over 500 or more units are shipped in multiple shipments. We do this for our own and your own protection. This raises the likelihood of a successful delivery.

If your order does not have multiple tracking numbers, please contact us through the tickets system. We can examine our logs based on weight to see if your parcel was correctly packed.
